How to File a Complaint

Complaint Handling Process

We will:

  1. Acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days
  2. Investigate the matter thoroughly and fairly
  3. Respond with our findings and proposed resolution within 90 days
  4. Document all steps taken to address your concern

Complaints about insurance services should be directed to iAssure Inc. and the appropriate insurance regulator (AMF or FSRA), not to WhiteHaven Securities Inc.
