I provide insurance advice and services through iAssure Inc.. These insurance activities are conducted as an outside activity (OA) and are neither the business nor the responsibility of WhiteHaven Securities Inc.

I distribute mutual funds exclusively through WhiteHaven Securities Inc., a registered mutual fund dealer. I do not speak for, nor do I represent, WhiteHaven Securities Inc. beyond my capacity as a Mutual Fund Dealing Representative.

Two privacy regimes apply

Insurance Activities and iAssure Inc. (Privacy)

• PIPEDA (federal privacy law)
• Québec Law 25 (Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector)
• AMF & CCIR guidelines
• FSRA rules (Ontario)

I, through iAssure Inc., am responsible for collecting, using, and safeguarding personal information related to life, disability, critical illness, and group insurance products.

The following sections apply to insurance activities and other services provided through iAssure Inc.

1. Personal information collected (iAssure Inc.)

For insurance advice and product placement, I collect personal information that may include:

2. How information is collected (iAssure Inc.)

I collect personal information directly from you when you:

• Complete insurance applications or questionnaires
• Participate in meetings or discussions
• Provide supporting documents
• Sign forms electronically or in person
• Communicate by email, phone, or through secure portals

I may also receive information from:

• Insurance carriers (underwriting, policy details, medical questioning)
• Medical professionals (with written consent)
• MGAs and service providers assisting in processing applications

3. How information is used (iAssure Inc.)

• To prepare, submit, and administer insurance applications
• To assist during medical underwriting
• To service policies over time
• To comply with legal and regulatory recordkeeping requirements
• To communicate administrative and service-related updates

I do not sell or rent personal information.

4. Disclosure of information (iAssure Inc.)

• Insurance carriers underwriting or servicing policies
• MGAs providing administrative support
• Medical providers involved in underwriting (with your consent)
• Technology providers (CRM, secure cloud storage, e-signature platforms)
• Regulators, if required by law
• Your accountant, lawyer, or notary: only with your explicit consent

Activities conducted through iAssure Inc. are neither the business nor the responsibility of WhiteHaven Securities Inc.

5. Cross-border storage and hosting (iAssure Inc.)

Some service providers may store or process information outside Québec or Canada, where local laws may permit access by authorities. Providers used must maintain protections consistent with applicable privacy laws and contractual obligations.

6. Consent (iAssure Inc.)

By engaging my services, completing forms, or submitting applications, you consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as outlined in this Notice.

You may withdraw your consent for certain uses, subject to legal or contractual restrictions. However, withdrawing consent may limit my ability to advise you or continue servicing products.

7. Retention and security (iAssure Inc.)

Personal information is retained for as long as necessary to meet legal, regulatory, and business obligations. Physical, organizational, and technological safeguards are used to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

We are required to:

• Verify client identity before opening accounts or providing certain services
• Maintain records of client identification and transactions
• Report certain transactions to regulatory authorities as required by law

By engaging our services, you agree to provide accurate identity documentation and information about the source of funds when requested. This is a legal requirement, not a discretionary practice.
